wmgmail version 0.6.0

New version, major feature enhancements, including:

• Can now popup quick mail preview on new mail. This popup can be autoclosed with a configurable timeout.
• Can execute a program on new mail.
• Window redrawing now happens only when needed.
• Mail can be checked on demand.
• User interface updated for changes.
• Python garbage collection is now periodically invoked.
